These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and DeepAura (“DeepAura”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, translated interfaces, audio and visual content, artificial-intelligence-assisted features, and any related digital products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms must be read together with the DeepAura Privacy Policy.
DeepAura provides digital services intended to support general wellbeing, relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction. The Services provide educational and experiential content designed to help users develop relaxation and awareness practices.
The Services are not medical services, are not regulated healthcare products, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical or psychological condition.
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country of residence, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

DeepAura offers auto-renewable subscription plans (“DeepAura Premium”) that provide access to additional content and features.
Subscription details, including price and duration, are displayed within the application at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Payments made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed exclusively by those platforms and are subject to their respective billing terms and policies.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled exclusively by the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Consumers in the European Union retain any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights under applicable law.
Certain aspects of the Services use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to organise, personalise, and recommend content.
These systems operate based on usage patterns and do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
DeepAura does not engage in automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
The Services are provided solely for general wellness and informational purposes.
DeepAura is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You use the Services voluntarily and at your own discretion and risk.
All elements of the Services are owned by or licensed to DeepAura and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
DeepAura shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
DeepAura may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting support.
These Terms may be translated into multiple languages.
In the event of inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
You may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
If you download or use the DeepAura mobile application through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
This agreement is concluded between you and DeepAura only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). DeepAura, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Services and the content thereof.
Your use of the application must comply with Apple’s applicable App Store Terms of Service, including Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at:
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA shall apply solely with respect to your relationship with Apple.
DeepAura is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.
DeepAura, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries.
